  • Creating renter information documents (digital and print)
  • Creating standardized requirements for reusable supplies (towels, linens, etc.)
  • Creating standardized lists of par levels for consumables (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.) and maintaining par levels
  • Managing entry requirements (locks/keys, digital code locks, etc.)
Guest Booking and Management Services
  • Screening prospective guests
  • Establishing and adjusting rates
  • Booking new guests
  • Updating occupancy calendars across various rental platforms Providing guests with information packages (digital format) prior to arrival
  • Liaising with guests as needed during their stay
  • Communicating with guests as needed after departure (including managing damage claims and returning lost items)
Marketing Services
  • Establishing project name and identity
  • Creation and maintenance of rental platform listings (Airbnb, Vrbo etc.)
  • Overseeing social and traditional media engagement
  • Photo and video shoot marketing
  • Event marketing (weddings, family events, etc.)
Financial Services
  • Collecting and verifying all payments
  • Collecting all applicable taxes, filing required tax reports and associated payments, handling any tax audits
  • Paying for reimbursable costs from rental proceeds on behalf of Owner
  • Generating monthly Owner statements
