This is the most important factor to determine up front before buying a rental property. You need to understand what criteria you are looking for, things like- if you know you need a pool, is the backyard big enough to build one or does the property already have one, what is the occupancy limits in the market and how many bedrooms do you need to make money, is the “style” property desirable for the market, is it important to have proximity to an important landmark or location.
